So here is the thing...
The guy that I work with upsets me with his humor sometimes... he has always said that it's never meant to offend me, but I got offended many times.
We share close relationship, we flirt with each other, we touch and... I know that he has some feelings for me and I do have some for him but for whatever reason nothing has happened beyond that. Anyway... so two days ago I became upset again and he stated... if I hurt you with my humor, then I won't talk to you anymore. He has told this to another coworker beforehand so I called for an explanation. And I was like "then why did u pick up the phone"... and he started explaining that I'm easily confused and offended and therefore it is better for us to stop talking. And I continued with "so you have a problem with my high sensitivity "... and he replied "you have a problem, I don't "...
But he was extremely passionate during the call, he even yelled twice... explained in details that he never meant to upset me, that's just who he is. So... why did he act like I'm the only one who cares, since he managed to speak for 40 minutes straight with me on the phone about him "not talking to me"... and later even laughed at my joke and even said that "I didn't say forever", when I told him " so you are stopping talking to me forever, I cannot do anything against it"
Then he talked about his day and even shared with me his concerns about work and what's he is going to do to release pressure. We finished the call with "good night" and I asked him "sooo will u stop talking for real" and he said "I will decide"...
Why does he act like it doesn't bother him... last time we had a 4 hour long text conversation about almost the same thing + trust issues and he was also very passionate and present in the conversation. I believe that if u don't really care, you won't end up staying and explaining to someone for that long. I don't get why he wants me to believe I'm the only one who cares about our relationship.
