What does it mean if a girl look down and plays with her nails when you talk to her?

when I talk to this girl, she tends to always pick at her nails when I talk to her. She"ll still smile at what I say , but doesn't look at me much. In fact she always finds something to play with or look at when she talks to me, she still smiles but avoids eye contact. However , it's only with me and she's normal around her other guy friends. Does she not like me? I don't think she's much of a shy girl.

It seems she is just being a rude twat. A person who is polite will look at the person whom they are speaking too, or whom is speaking to them. There is no reason, disliking a man or not, to be blatantly rude by not looking at them when they are talking to you. If you're the only one she's doing it too, it's not a nervous tick, it seems to just be her way of letting you know something she is not willing to say directly to you.
