Because we really have nothing else to fall back on. We try not to get mad all the time so when were on our periods we let all the frustration out. Most women, not all just want to find something to be mad about. Me in general, eh I'm typically a very happy person. When i do get mad it's like a burst of anger and anyone who's around is getting it.
well the science of it does show a elevation of hormones which can lead to an elevation of emotionally sensitivity. it's literally science
i do think some women use it as an excuse but in my experience most don't

I do not verbally use it as an excuse. It does vary person to person, but for some mensuration times can bring a shift in mood, more agitated, more in pain, etc. Some are lucky and not notice a change in behavior at all. When I am on mine, I am left alone and do not reach out to people. I just let it run it's course, rest and heal up.

I am definitely easier to become angry when on my period but I don't use it as a justification. It's all a matter of if that persona knows how to control their anger. Everyone gets angry, women are more likely to get angry on their periods, but if they can't chill the fuck out that's on them. Not their periods.
Imagine having a painfully hard erection for days on end that makes your testicles sore, with a stomach or headache. And an icing on the cake is blood pouring out of your penis.
Interesting enough my mood doesn't change a lot lol i tend to get depressed, low energy and lazy lol but never get angry or updet easily but yeah i understamd that girls can be sensitive when we are on period
I don't use it as an excuse. I already have crazy mood swings. Anyone will tell you that about me. They're just in overdrive when my period is here. And they're not really something I can control. Hormones and all that good stuff.
I've always thought of it like this. If she's a bitch when she's on her period, then she is probably a bitch. Just like if a guy is a dick when he is drinking, then he is probably a dick.
Haha! That's funny! When we get angry about something y'all immediately say "she must be on her period." You don't think that gets on our nerves. And when we do say we're on our period its to let you know that we might get moody. it's to let y'all know to back the fuck up. It's a big warning sign infront of your face. WARNING: ON OUR PERIOD WE MIGHT GO APE SHIT!! So you try to be a girl that has to deal with puberty every month!
I'm not angry because of my period, I'm angry because of the pain my period is making me go through. Like when I'm in pain I am the least pleasant person you'll ever come across.

It's not an excuse, it's just the reason. It's literally biology. Your emotions are off kilter due to hormones. It's not like women go completely psycho anyway. What do you care if a girl cries because she can't open a jar or starts cursing when a page won't load? Also, might be because any time we get the tiniest bit upset every guy within earshot goes "soo are you having your period?'"

woudnt u be angry if every month u have pains in ur lover part of tummy, sometimes pain are bearable, but sometimes all u can do is lay in bed, feeling that awful pain and bleed also, hormones changed and that effect our mood too, not in a good way. and u bleed and it messy and have to go to shower a few times per day.

Lol nature made it😂👏🏽
Look sometimes its an excuse, sometimes it really really isn't. Depends on the situation and how often she uses that.

Why are a lot of you Anonymous guys' questions so retarded/simple-minded? Some are jokes, but a surprising amount tends to be serious.

It's not an excuse to be angry, it's a reason why we may be feeling crummy.
Not feeling good tends to make people irritable, whether from illness, injury, Mother Nature's monthy gifts or any other reason.

Because of the excess of everything at that period - it's actually the way it is. All emotions are heightened.
I've always thought of it like this. If she's a bitch when she's on her period, then she is probably a bitch. Just like if a guy is a dick when he is drinking, then he is probably a dick.

i dont agree with your statment men are the ones who say women are mood on their period
Some women do have mood changes during menstruation, but it might be exaggerated how many do. I don't. I just feel sick the first 3 days.
It's actually not an excuse... When women are on their period, their hormonal levels rise and fall causing mood swings.
Periods can cause women to be more sensitive and cranky. However, this does not give anyone the license to be an asshole.
