I don't know I am guessing it keeps your lips cute, soft and smooth. I use chapstick... it's stronger and not wet-lol.
It makes my lips look juicy and stay moisturized thoughout the day.
It is for me first to feel sexy, then all other aspects
to feel better about their looks. i personally dont wear it though
I sometimes use lip gloss because I love how it looks. Lips look fuller and shiny
