Why do women bluetick/read a message and not reply to good people (SEE DETAILS)?

Firstly I'm going to make clear, you have to read the question and answer with relevance. Any arrogant and clearly absurd comments will not be appreciated, i. e. the usual suspects who act like know it alls when they don't will be come down on strongly. Right to the question!

Why do SWEET women still blue tick a guy's message when said guy is someone they know or a good guy in her social circle. I. e. it's clearly not because "she's not interested" or that he bored her. It seems really really rude to just read a message and not respond?

In addition, often you'll see she was last online a little later, so how come she thinks it is polite to delay replying to someone who cares about her or she was excitedly texting on another occasion? Not to mention making up some excuse (or even not giving any apology) as to why the late reply?

Isn't she taking a good person for granted?

On top of this, isn't it absurd that she would then expect a quick reply to her late message?

Tbh, I don't read a message and do this to guy or girl, so why do women OFTEN THINK it's acceptable to drop out mid convo.

EVEN WHEN THEY OFTEN INITIATED THE QUESTIONS in the first place to extend the conversation?

I normally do reply to guys I know. As for guys that I don't really know, how do I know if they are good or not?
If they are horn dogs or slimeballs I just ignore them and delete their messages. As for replying quickly to messages, if people are busy then they will not always be able to get back to you that fast. Just let them reply when they have the time to.

Yes, but the point is the girl (or guy) can't be that busy to not reply. Her last seen time is updating, clearly she is talking to others. And this is a girl who often comes online to live chat when I respond, so she can't be disinterested in me. We are social circle people by the way.

Even today, the girl initiated a text, I responded a little later (but did not read the message till I responded) owing to being asleep. I note she read it about 30 mins later (blue ticks) and no reply hours later.

The other day, the girl asked me questions to further the conversation, so clearly must have wanted to text, and yet despite initating more convo, doesn't reply... wtf?

It makes me feel pretty hurt or if I'm doing something wrong. And I can't see calling her up on it without sounding like a jerk which seems unfair to me, the one who is reading and replying instead of sending a sign that I don't respect them?

My friend doesn't always get back to. me straight away. He has a job and his family. I know that his life doesn't revolve around me. They start asking you random questions when they get bored and the conversations runs dry. They aren't really interested enough to read your reply properly and can't be arsed replying back. Its kinda sad and futile when they pretend to be all interested.

I am reading clearly. You just don't get my point. It doesn't matter if they ask questions and further the conversation. If they were so interested and had time then they would reply back to you straight away. It sounds like they've got fed up mid conversation, read your texts and lost interest in continuing the conversation. How does it not make any sense? There could be other reasons, so either they just don't find you interesting enough or they just humour you at first because they aren't attracted to you and have found other people more interesting to talk to, If your also talking about MSN and stuff like that, they can't very well chat to everyone at the same time. With multiple chat windows open I'd like to see you chat to 10 people at the same time. Your acting like your the only one who puts up with this shit.

Yes I know but as perverse as it seems. It happens. I've had it before. I find talking face to face with someone better. That way you can read the body language and see their facial expressions. I used to have webcam. If I mistyped something and they found it funny. They would type "lol" but wouldn't even be laughing or smiling. My other point is that, unless you can see them you can't always judge what kind of mood they are in. If you do use cam and they do seem happy to see you. Then I agree that it is odd and dare I say really ignorant. So its not really me that doesn't make sense. It the things that some people do that are nonsensical. I'm just telling you from my experience because had that quite a lot.

She may be doing other things online, even while connected. If she expects a quick answer afterwards, you can always point out the time she took to answer.

If you've been hurt by this behavior, you should mention it, of course. But it's also important to consider everything that could be going on on the other side of the screen. People are rarely mean for no reason.

If I get a notification, I always check the content. I may not reply immediately for two reasons; either I'm in the middle of something, or the answer I want to give is too long to answer on a phone, and I'd rather wait until I get home. I could think the person in talking with would understand I'm busy from my lack of answer and occupy himself with something else, for example. Again, if you don't say anything, how do you expect her to even realise she's doing something wrong? You don't do this to her, but maybe she wouldn't get upset if you did. And it's worth the five minutes of discomfort while telling her the problem if you manage to solve it together :)

Honestly wtf. They initiate a message (this happened to me three times this week already). You reply, and they then read the message a little later and still no reply a few hours later. With one girl, her last seen has updated frequently. So she is clearly not busy. Another girl, same thing with last seen, and she often comes online when I reply and we have live chats (she is social circle too), so clearly she can't dislike me as a person. The third girl, even asked me two questions when I replied the first time, to continue the conversation.

It makes me feel dejected, as if I'm doing something wrong. And not to mention I get hurt. I wouldn't read and not reply to anyone, a bro or a hoe?

Yeah excellent point! I can't understand the nice sweet women. I mean the bitchy ones, it fits their personality. Frankly it's still crazy, but it fits them more so. One girl initiated, then they suddenly be flaky. But I try not to stoop to their level and do the same to them.

But when a sweet girl I like and who seems mega excited to text me (happens to be a social circle girl) i, e, doing stuff like texting me, coming online when I respond so we essentially have a live chat. Then another day like today for instance, she initiated a text, I read only when I became free and replied at that time. I see now she read it 30mins later and blue ticked it, and hours later, still no response. WTF. despite being online whatsapp about 10 mins ago
