This girl acts very different around me?

There is a girl who I think, likes me or at least finds me attractive. Here are some signs I've noticed:

- Flips her hair all the time in front of me. She'll make sure I'm in eye sight of her, untangle her pony tail and then flip her hair multiple times with her hands, flipping her hair around and showing me her neck. Also looks at me when she does it or looks at me after she does it. Only does this in front of me, when I look at her on her own or she hasn't seen me yet, she never does it. Also when she sees me she adjusts her clothes and pulls at her shirt. Brushes her hair behind her ear with her hand
- Looks down every time she walks past me. Also catch her staring at me a lot. Goes red in the face a little bit. Looks at me through the corner of her eye
- Is confident with other guys/girls that she knows, talks to them, etc. Sometimes talks loudly with them to get my attention when I'm near her and the other people. She's not awkward, she's pretty, works in a job where you need people skills, but only acts awkward around me
- Around me, she gets quiet, talks in a soft voice when I spoke to her, gets super awkward around me
- Usually has her earphones in, but ever since I started noticing these signs, she takes them out when I'm near her, and pretty much leaves them out for the duration of the time that I'm in her vicinity
- Finds excuses to come and sit near me, even though she doesn't need to use the specific thing that is near me, she just comes and sits there, looks at me, but doesn't talk/say anything
- Changed her schedule to fit mine. For example I'd be there at 5:30 and I noticed she used to get there at 4:30 and leave at 5:15, but changed it so that she'd come at the same time as me
- One of her friends also checks me out and when I arrive at the place, the friend always jumps on her phone and starts texting
- Finds excuses to stay back late

Since she's incredibly shy around me, what's a good way to approach this kind of girl? What do you think these signs mean? I hate that she's comfortable around every guy except me. So I am very confused about what this means and what to do.

It sounds like she is shy! However, I am shy and for the the hair flip move shows some confidence. I think if you like her, just talk to her and maybe invite her to get coffee or something. You could start off slow by maybe getting a group of people going somewhere (and while y'all are out make sure you talk to her a lot). Then see how that goes and maybe invite her out alone. A group setting is a good way to feel out the situation in my opinion.

I dont really know any of her friends so I have to rule out the group setting thing. Ill give it a shot with the coffee too... based on those signs, is she attracted to me? I dont wanna sound stuck up but I am a good looking, tall guy, so she is probably intimidated. How would you act around a guy you find good looking, since you're shy?

I would probably act the same way she is! Since it sounds like you have the upper hand here so to speak, you should totally approach her. I know that would make my life so much easier if I was in her situation.

Okay well She obviously trying to catch your attention at LEAST. the hair flip is a big sign for that. Also, if the friend starts texting when you show up, it means two things. 1, she recognizes you so there's probably been a lot of talk about you in the friend group. 2, she's probably texting the girl saying something like 'guess who got here?' in a teasing type manner so there's at least a crush or something. just talk to the person ok? example: "hi" "oh hi" "how are you?" etc.

So judging on these signs, how much would you say she likes me? And that sounds like a good idea, i'll try it. It sounds like you know this behaviour well, its good to get a female opinion.

There's probably a large amount of like for you, depending on how long this behavior has been going on. If its been longer than a month, or close to it, then that's the case. Girls generally swap around with who they like literally about once a month, so if its continued it means she's most interested in you. Good signs there.

She's been doing it for about 2 months.

Wait, actually a bit more than 2 months, say 3 or maybe even 4, i only said 2 months though cause i meant 2 months STRAIGHT. The remaining 2 months were just one offs where I'd see her once a week or so, but I didn't really notice those signs back then..
