Is having hair on the shoulders and upper arms turn off and mostly a deal breaker?

If a guy has hairy Shoulders and upper arms like the pic above but has LOT more hairy chest and belly than the pic.
Is it a turn off even to the women who in general otherwise appreciate a Hairy chest?

I like hairy men, which is very new to me actually, I used to like hairless men, then after having disappointing dates and disappointing sex, I realized I don't really care about how muscular or hairy they are, I do have some preferences when it comes to how a man looks but its nothing specific. Long story short no mather if you're hairy or not, what matters the most is wether you can keep it interesting or not!

I meant I like hairy menas much as I like hairless men, I like men with long hair, bald, short hair, anything lol I guess I'm just picky about their height cause I'm quite tall.
But again no hair doesn't bother me as long as I actually find the guy interesting enough to spend the night with him!
Funny enough I just met the hairiest man in my life, like 2 days ago, he happened to be very interesting as well, and I had a fantastic night lol
It really doesn't matter.
The ultimate turn off for me is guys who stick their tongue down my throat instead of kissing like a normal human being haha
Other than that I'm pretty cool with body being completely covered with thick black hair lol

The areas that bother me the most are my shoulders, upper arms, sides of back, butt cheeks, stomach and upper chest part that's visible from top shirt button.
I can't even wear half sleeves shirt and shorts.
So I would want to be shaved on those parts as well. But I don't want stubbly prickly feeling and I don't wanna shave everywhere religiously and still not be as good as someone who is naturally less hairy :/
