Why was my friends girlfriend being so touchy-feely?

On the walk back from the bar she kept hovering around me. When we got back I collapsed in the front yard (I couldn't stand at this point) so she climbs on me and starts giving me a massage while her boyfriend and other friend are still there and kept doing this throughout the night and would not leave me alone until we all passed out. My guess is she was just black out drunk and on something else but I feel like her boyfriend remembers and I was making him very jealous because I know he loves her which makes me feel even worse. How would you handle this?

She may find you attractive or have feelings for you, you say you were making him jealous but you need to remember that it wasn't you who was doing that it was her, she may have been trying to make him jealous. Did he say anything to her about her behaviour? Or did you say anything to her about this?
How is she around you normally when she isn't drinking?

Nothing has been said to either of them regarding that. When she is sober she acts nothing like that in fact she used to hate me because I annoyed her. Making him jealous is one thing I suspect but she nags him all the time about other girls. She's quite paranoid about him cheating though I have never even seen him hit on another girl.
