There's a girl at my work who keeps making this face when i look at her, its similar to this, the best i can describe it is purse lips but its kinda like sucking the lips in, kinda like a monkey face. I think i might know what it means but i don't know really.

thank you by the way, i thought she was mad at me or she liked me but i guess i was wrong, i feel kinda bad tho, is there anyway i can make her feel not awkward?

She's probably just a little awkward. She doesn't know what to say or if you were actually looking at her or not so she just makes this face. Kinda like when you walk by someone on the street and give them a friendly smile or "suh dude" nod. You're not smiling all the way or greeting someone with a lot of effort. It's just kind of a hey, I see you. That is her hey, I see you, in a dorky/shy/awkward way.

I often do that when Im concentrating on something, feeling awkward, dont know what to do... and really often I do this unconsciously in random situations, its just a physical habit. maybe she's like that too.
