Is she flirting with me? And is being called bunny a good thing?

This clearly means she’s trying to say, that you mean a lot to her and that you’re cute which indirectly means you’re very good looking and handsome.
Her calling you Bunny is cute that means she’s into you otherwise I don’t think any girl would bother calling a guy bunny (cute) who she just texted for the first time! Dude, it could be a girl who doesn’t know how to tell you that how much she likes you.
Now the question is, you would have to find out how much she likes you? and if you like her at all?

I got a similar case but we don’t message since me (22) being a close friend from my childhood and she (26) being the childhood friend of his sister of my friend.

She calls me my bunny but only when we are together when i or she drive each other home.

One of my old best friends called me bunny. It was just her quirk and she said it to everyone she was close to. So to me it's more of a neutral non-flirty term to me to be perfectly honest.

I'd take it as friendly in any case, but it means she thinks you are endearing in some manner.
