Why do people like to pinch and squeeze my cheeks (face)?

Whenever I visit my relatives, they always squeeze and pinch my cheeks even though I'm 15. I'm not a baby anymore. And some of my classmates do it, too. They ask me, "Hey, can I poke your cheeks" or they just do it without even asking. It's weird. A lot of girls in my school are even shorter than me and have chubby faces, but no one touches their cheeks. But they do it to me. Inside my head, I have this image of me looking like an adult, defined jawline, and everything. But they're like," They're (my cheeks) are so chubby and squishy." Do you think this is a good thing or does it mean they hate me?

They find you cute and innocent, so you may have a baby face. Certain looks physically make's a lot of people grow closer to you and want to protect you as well. So them babying you is a way of them showing you affection. If this was done out of mockery you would know and sense that it was. And that is the kind of behavior you do not want to encourage. Overall, if you hate it then tell them to stop. If they keep doing it, start ignoring them. At that people, you don't have to tolerate it or owe them an answer.

They were biting their bottom lip while squeezing my cheeks so I guess they do find me cute and all.

That is a sign their excited if they're giving up a big smile as well. Again, tell them to stop respectfully so they won't feel offended. If they still get offended, then it's not your problem. It's crossing boundaries and your personal space. Use that authority to tell them no. If they can't respect you, then they don't have to be around you.

Heh, I'm actually fine with it since they only do it sporadically, not constantly. :)

That's exactly what this one girl in my class did to me the other day. She squeezed my cheeks with her thumb and index finger just like that.
