You shouldn't say you're ugly and fat and put yourself down either. Eat healthy, wear makeup if you want to boost that esteem a bit or exercise.
People do notice if you have low self esteem too which may be why some men don't approach you. Be confident and love yourself.
I've always used to think this myself. But along the lines, I've found that now I tend to get hit on sometimes. It's nice to know you're pretty and all, but it can be scary if the other person you're not interested in tries too much in a way as to keep making advances or so. Careful what you wish for, and I'm sure the you'll see some people that notice you for you and you may really make them smile. 😊
this would be my advice for you. If you call yourself FAT and UGLY. why not start eatting healthy, go work out and get in shape. Not for others but for your own good. When you start feeling better about your body you would start thinking more postive. but if you keep saying I am fat I am ugly. then that is never going to change until you do it. n

A while ago, i met 2 girls for the first time.
one of them was obviously prettier than the other.
the "uglier" one was smarter and confident. i find her way more attractive.
i wouldn't say that looks doesn't matter but it's the personality that is more important at the end of the day.
You're not ugly and fat by default just because you feel your sister is prettier. I don't think we have enough information to deduce why you even feel that way.
Maybe she alone has more confidence than you do regardless of her looks
