Girls, can you poop and pee at the same time?

I have dated 3 girls (the only ones this topic came up) who have all said they can't poop and pee at the same time. It's always one, then the other. This seems strange to me because every guy I've ever talked to when this topic came up agreed they can do both at the same time.
