FYI, she just went through a breakup a month ago. We have already kissed, but she reiterated recently let's start as friends.

Welcome to The Friendzone. She's probably not ready to date anyone. If you enjoy her company, just hang out with her as a friend and see what happens. Don't have any expectations, and don't under any circumstances pressure her. Just let things take their course. Of course, since she isn't your girlfriend, you can talk to other women as well.

I would leave it as just friends, and maybe she will be interested later but don't hold your breath. But that being said, if another woman comes a long, date that woman, don't wait for someone you're just friends with.
