If I feel it coming on before it's too late, I'll go to the bathroom, or outside, or otherwise put some distance between us. I don't like breathing other people's butthole air, so I try not to make them breathe mine. That said, I've never lost any respect or attraction toward a girlfriend who farted in my presence. I would leave if she thought it was funny to fart on me or around me all the time though. That's pretty childish, and I prefer women to girls.
One or two farts may be funny and assumed slips. More than that will gross out even the most open and earthy male.
I wouldn't appreciate it out in public because that's kinda rude, but if we are at home I see no issue letting one go lol. It's a normal human function. It's just a lower regioned burp in my opinion. No need to make them feel insecure about it. And with all the things the human body is capable, a fart is the least of one's worries.
If it happened on accident then I am mortified and try to act like it didn’t happen. I think it’s unattractive to fart around your male partner. I know it’s a double standard but I believe that can do it with in some boundaries but girls should t in front of men. It’s not lady like. Although around girl friends I don’t care.
I haven't farted in front of my boyfriend purposely yet, I have once accidentally but that's it. He farts around me all the time and I don't care that he does. He even wants me to do it front of him. We've been dating for over two years now and I still can't do it. I'm not there yet.

I am with you man. Sure, it's normal bodily functions... but it certainly isn't attractive.
I won't shame her if it happens accidentally, but I really prefer it not to just like I prefer to do my bodily functions in private.
It’s a bodily reaction. Neither of us acknowledge any noises that come from us unless it’s hunger. Anything else is just inconsequential and not worth energy to address.
We both do and see it as positive because we know that we have reached the comfortable stage.
