OK ladies....Is a singer/musician more attractive than an athletic type of guy?

Its just something I've always wondered?...Singer/musician Vs. Star Football player...I know the thought has already crossed your mind what if he sings like (American Idols Fav.) William Hung...lol...No I'm talking about a guy that can really sing vs. Mr. Athlete?

The musician is definitely the more old school romantic ideal that's for sure. Someone who could serenade you in candle light, or a guy who could barge his way through a crowd whilst carrying you? I know the serenade wins out for me.

I think for a lot of girls, they generally have more interest in music than sport. I could name 50 male singers way more easily than I could name 50 sports stars. If I were to put posters on my wall then it would be of bands I like, not some football player who'd caught my eye.

That being said; when I meet a guy for the first time, I'm not going to know if he's a good singer or not but I'll be able to tell if he's in good shape or not. So outside of any kind of high school situation it's not that easy to say - but if we were going on talent alone, I think I'd more likely be attracted to a musician than an athlete; but seen as I'm not really a girl for 'types' this assessment will probably go to pot with the next guy I meet lol.

Honestly I'd usually prefer the athlete just because I'm a big sports fan myself although I definitely wouldn't overlook a guy who could really sing. In general, I'm impressed by a guy who's really talented in anything regardless of what it is.

Lol maybe that's what I'd need. Well...I'm not attracted to athletes because of body type though, I just found I get along well with guys who are into sports. But any guy who has a cool talent or is really good at his hobby is pretty attractive :)

musicians hands down.

being althetic is great and all but the only time I find it attractive is when a guy is a good distance runner, but that's mostly because, at least in my high school, the cross country runners always had the reputation of being really down-to-earth and cool while other athletes were usually obnoxious and cocky.

I'd much rather have a guy with musical talent than athletic talent.

I just enjoy music much more than sports so I;d like to have a guy that can do anything musical :)
