Why do outgoing girls and women act awkward around me?

Hey guys,
so I’ve noticed that a lot of times super outgoing girls and women tend to act normal and enthusiastic to others. But with me they act like super quiet and odd. Like stare at me and such. And women would like touch my arm, face, and rest their head on their shoulder. Like why do they act like this?

Normally a woman like that would only act that way around a guy she is really attracted to and fears rejection from. What is the setting for this?

I’m 22, and there’s this 33 year old who I met last summer. She would be all nice and enthusiastic like she would with everyone else. This past summer was different. She’s be super quiet, huh me, look me in the eyes when I’d talk to her. Catch her glancing at me. Then when I walk past her she just touches my face and says”how are you?” Then when I talk to her she rest her head on my shoulder. Thoughts on this?

Yeah, it's consistent with what I suggested above. She might be restrained by the age difference.

And she has a kid.

That would restrain her even more. A woman needs to be careful what sort of man she brings into her life when she is a single mom.

haha i get that from women too. i used to find it cute but now i find it annoying.
