I used to show cleavage when I was a teenager, and it was just because it's fashionable. I had no intent of having sex. In fact, sex has always scared me. For that reason, I've still never even kissed anyone at age 22. Yet somehow I was a hoe, even though I was a virgin with no sexual intention whatsoever?
yeah, it's kinda unfair. But some women don't mind or it's part of fashion. either way, if they don't like people staring don't wear it if it reveals cleavage. But some women can't avoid it cause their cleavage is big.

I find most women that act this way are not yet comfortable with there body or sexuality. If this not the case such a negative reaction is typical due a person seeing the way they dress as justification to objectify them.

look women if your gonna go out in public then the public will look thats why its call going out in public. just like if u went out naked in public and showed off people would look.

I think it has to do with staring. Looking is fine, but having your attention solely on them is not what any want, even during sex.
I have cleavage sometimes and I don’t mind if people look. Staring is a different story because that can make me feel uncomfortable or even unsafe. But this also goes when I don’t have cleavage.

No women go out in clothes that make them look good, they invite you to look. Staring is like a moment of obsession. That is why it feels unsafe to be stared at. You an adult right? You can control yourself. Don’t blame it on the clothes.

It's just fashion, sure some flaunt it and then get offended but that's life. If you have to look then use some social grace and take sideways glances.

Honestly, I've always had this question too. I know women should be able to wear what they like and men should control themselves but it is a biological response. Id be interested in what the women have to say about this.
