They're having fun and yes it's annoying ti see it all the time I see it too but I don't let it get to me just laugh and move on haven't you heard the song, "girls just want to havr fun" I personally never post them on media because I do look dumb but to each their own. As one who is very guilty of making funny faces in photos, it's just too much fun for us to do funny shit when people are taking photos. I have some snapchat photos where I'm not only doing a duckface but I have my eyes opened wide and looking cross-eyed! Just don't ruin our fun for doing funny shit for us in selfies!
I used to stick out my tongue and make silly faces in pictures because I thought I looked stupid in pictures anyway, so I thought I'd might as well make it intentional so it would be less embarrassing (I know, stupid, but I was a teenager). I never did the duck face, though.
I think most girls do the duck face because it makes their cheek bones stick out more, which they think makes them more attractive. It also looks like a kissing face.
I don't really get it either, though. I think a nice smile is the best. I get that some people like to take silly pictures with their friends every once in awhile which is fine, but I don't get it when a girl's profile is 90% duck face pictures.
The beauty about digital cameras is that we can take lots of shots, evaluate them & wisely choose what we'd like to post/share aside from deleting cringe-worthy shots.

Maybe you should enrich your life with better, more substantial things to do than judge womens selfies. Then you probably won't know as much, because you'll have a life and can meet women in person
Because men always say they prefer bigger lips So girls pout to seem More “attractive” Now they’re injecting their lips thanks to all these men stating they prefer that So now you will see less pouting due to lip fillers and will find no need to pout because the lips have been enlarged.
Men don’t think they cause insecurities in women but all you have to do is see how many are getting ass surgeries, boob surgery and now lips. All because you guys go crazy for the fakes girls that say they’re “natural” and you guys believe it blindly so the next girls sees that and goes and does it too. 🤦🏻♀️
Dude you wouldn’t know it unless you’d see the surgery happening before you! And then, if the girl came out saying they're natural she’d make you skeptical even though you saw the surgeon. I don't think there's anything wrong with taking them, sometimes it could be for fun, but it feels way too immature for me to upload them in public. I'd show such pics only to a limited circle of friends that I'm close enough to and can share weird stuff with.
Don't like the way someone looks then here's a great idea... Don't look. Maybe enhance your own life so as not get so unnerved by some pouty lips. It doesn't matter why she does it. Just let people be themselves without judgement and maybe someone will do the same for you.
If wasting your energy while promoting negative energy is your thing than go for it. It is much more fun to maintain positve energy and you're missing out. 💁
Its mildly retarded in my opinion. The whole instagram bullshit as well. I hate it. I only follow trad accounts on instagram of women who have at least 3 children.
they're just goofing around. they don't always aim at looking attractive. and even if they do, they sometimes just fail. why would you judge someone on not knowing how to make an attractive selfi? xD
