As one who is very guilty of making funny faces in photos, it's just too much fun for us to do funny shit when people are taking photos. I have some snapchat photos where I'm not only doing a duckface but I have my eyes opened wide and looking cross-eyed! Just don't ruin our fun for doing funny shit for us in selfies!

I used to stick out my tongue and make silly faces in pictures because I thought I looked stupid in pictures anyway, so I thought I'd might as well make it intentional so it would be less embarrassing (I know, stupid, but I was a teenager). I never did the duck face, though.

I think most girls do the duck face because it makes their cheek bones stick out more, which they think makes them more attractive. It also looks like a kissing face.

I don't really get it either, though. I think a nice smile is the best. I get that some people like to take silly pictures with their friends every once in awhile which is fine, but I don't get it when a girl's profile is 90% duck face pictures.
