Why does this girl give me dirty looks?

Ok yes. This is a dumb question. But this girl in my class who i never talk to, and never pay any attention to looks at me a lot in class. I noticed this and asked my friend about it and she said the girl gives me the worst dirty looks all the time. I’m just surprised. I don’t talk to her. I don’t know her. All i know is she’s a grade above me and pretty popular. Why is she giving me dirty looks? I don’t understand.
