Girls, I asked a shy girl out, she said yes.. ghosted my first text and I didn’t question it for few weeks, now she said she needs time?

I was into my crush for a long time and I thought it was mutual. I asked her out and she said yes... but she ghosted my initial text (it was basically asking how her exam went)- I was deathly nervous sending this, she didn’t respond and then I saw her again the weekend after and we both acted like nothing happened because the text was sort of a time sensitive text (didn’t talk) and we both ended up ignoring each other for a week

I confronted her eventually how come she never responded and she made some excuses but was blushing and uncomfortable (avoiding eye contact entire time)... I asked her out again and basically said she needs time and that she sees me in class all the time anyways...

since that day she hasn’t come to class once and it’s been 1 week The girl seems very shy and inexperienced , did she reject me nicely and wants to give me the hint because I scared her? Or is she just taking her time and too nervous to move forward, I feel like I gave her a ultimatum with the going out thing when I just asked her out so I could break the ice and get to know her better :( I’m not too sure if she feels pressured if I see her again I will take it as her rejecting me if she doesn’t say yes or no... or if she already gently rejected me and wants to let me down easy
