In my school, whenever we change classes we go to our lockers and get our stuff for next class. Everytime I have a class with this girl, she tends to wait at her locker with her stuff and as soon as I pass her, she follows behind me to our class.This girl isn't a stalker though for she is a very kind, sweet, smart girl but she is also unspontaneous and quiet. Does this mean anything? will girls follows guys they like?

she may like you. I'm a shy quiet girl and when I follow a guy its usually because I like him and just want to avoid awkwardness. If she was to go to class right next to you and she liked you, she would get really embarassed and probably turn bright red. Also if she were to go in front of you she would probably be too self concious that you were watching her walk to class. It sounds like this girl just wants to avoid awkwardness and embarassment. A shy girl would also follow a guy if she doesn't like him at all and being next to him creates an awkward situation. It really depends on the situation.
Maybe but if she follows you to work after you've said where you work and what time it is when she's around and listening, then she likes you. Happened to me and I guess I gotta make the first move, just hope she isn't a crazy stalker girl. Think that was to try and create a moment where the two of us can be alone but its not that easy.
Anyway try looking at her and seeing if she is actually looking at you or if she stares at you in class. She may just be using you as a visual guide to her next class and doesn't actually like you, but that may not be the case if she stares at you in class or in the hallways.
I think that she does like you, if a girl likes you she may never let you out of her sight. She will try to find you in the halls and may even flirt when she feels more comfortably with you. If you show interest in her also she just may open up to you.
