She's very outgoing and talkative with everyone, except for me. I said a simple "hey" to her and she turned in the opposite direction. When I'm talking to someone near her, she also turns away. What does this mean? She's talkative with everyone else.

You’re under 18 and I assume your supposed girl is your age group too. At that age, I remember myself being really shy in front of a crush. I will be chatty with everyone else but if my crush walks by I will stay really quiet, as if not to draw any attention. Sometimes I turn away and walk in the opposite direction. I don’t know why though... I think I was really not a confident person in front of boys then. I grew up in an all-sisters household and all-girls Catholic school system. So it depends really on what that girl’s personality. But I am guessing she has a crush on you if she’s been through a conservative upbringing.

It means she's playing games. I'd leave her alone, personally. I'd much rather deal with someone who has a positive reaction to me, ya know?

I'd leave it be, if she's TRULY interested in you, she'll realize that doesn't work and will have to change her approach. If your reaction is enough to drop her interest? You win again.
