Tucking hair behind ear, is this another good sign?

I've had a gut feeling that this girl has liked me for a while. I catch her staring at me and we look at each other for more than just friends would look at each others eyes. She finds me extremely funny and I feel like a comedian around her also.

She has a boyfriend though so it's kinda weird what her intentions are.

Today she was with her boyfriend and me hanging out, and she knows I've been looking for work. She was looking at me and said that the place she's working at is hiring and if I was interested she could talk to someone. While she was saying that she was tucking her hair behind her ear. Normally I wouldn't think much about tucking hair behind ears, but she didn't just tuck it and get it over with, it's like she was stroking/playing with it, running it behind her ear several times, so that's what got me wondering.

What should I do? I find myself liking her more the more we hang out and the more she subtly flirts with me.. maybe its in my head? She has a boyfriend but that doesn't mean much she could be unhappy and looking for someone else..or maybe she's messing with me I don't know...what should I do

You should do...nothing. Yikes, she is in a relationship. If she is unhappy enough she will end it with this guy. Short of that, she is lying and cheating if she starts seeing you while still with him. Would you really want to start something with a person who could do the same to you? Relationships are filled with ups and downs. I would not knowingly want to be with someone who would start seeing others when we hit a bump in our relationship.

Beyond that, these "signs" are nothing. She may just be friendly, she may have had an itchy ear or was trying to get it to lay down a certain way, and she may even be flirty, but that doesn't mean she wants to date you. If she was single, I would tell you to ask her out and start dating, but she isn't, so move on to a single girl.

She might be attracted to you, but I wouldn't do anything because she has a boyfriend. She probably won't want to do anything eithier because she has a boyfriend. and just remember just because a girl plays with her hair doesn't necessarily mean that she is trying to flirt with you. Yes, sometimes girls do, do that. but I know I do it sometimes when I'm bored, nervous, or thinking about someone I might like.

We are friends, the thing is that he's moving in about 3 weeks to another state. I'm pretty sure their relationship is not gonna last because of the distance. I've always had a hunch she liked me, but I don't know what's the right thing to do here.

I think if you make your move anytime soon, you're gonna end up being the bad guy. What I would suggest is that if they break up, you let her 'mourn', be there for her and only after that time, do something. You don't know if she likes you that way. Would you rather remain friends with her or have yourself a disaster, when you're the douche? If you care so much, wait, that is the most reasonable thing to do.

I'd move on. She has a boyfriend so you should consider two scenarios here. The first, chances are she's going to stay with him and your going to be wasting you time. Second, if she's willing to leave her current boyfriend for the next best thing, what would stop her from leaving you for the next best thing? Either way it ends up being a waste of time. Some chicks will flirt just to have fun with it. If it was me I wouldn't want to be the guy she goes to next after leaving her boyfriend, especially if it was a longer relationship. Sounds like friend zone anyways, personally if it were me I wouldn't be trying to work with someone I had interest in dating...

Aaah I didn't think about that, that's a really good point. If she wants to work with me she probably wouldn't want to date me. I'm gonna cool my jets and not assume anything more than she probably finds me attractive ( I mean who wouldn't lol). Just because she finds me attractive doesn't mean that she wants anything more than a friendship.. I'm not gonna flirt with her at all, her boyfriend is leaving in 3 weeks to Washington, when she's single I'll see how she acts around me.

while a girl playing with her hair in any way is an indicator, I'd suggest waiting it out to see if she throws any more indications your way. Maybe start lightly flirting with her when the boyfriend isn't around and see how she takes it. if she reacts negatively, just laugh it off and go on with your normal conversation

a lot of the time it is an unconscious move. People subtly indicate interest in ways they wouldn't even think they do. I don't say that to discount the highly likely possibility of it meaning nothing, but only to say it could mean more than one thing.

Im not an expert in this but still would like to advice you to wait for some more signals, she myt approach you someday if shez truly interested in you and watever it is be very careful before making a move as she already has a boyfren and it can get you into any kind of trouble screwing up your entire life so just sit back and relax, time will answer your questions.

Dude it just means she thinks about you when she's intimate with her boyfriend. It doesn't necesserely mean she wants to dump her boyfriend, but she definitely has to hold herself to not call her boyfriend by your name while in the sack.
