Well she could be scared to show her emotions towards you so she might be acting overly aggressive or act like she hates you. Best way yo check is theory is to try to distance yourself from her and see if she comes looking for you. If that happens then she might actually hate feeling if not she could just hate you for no specific reason.
Craving your attention could mean she likes you but has a strange way of showing it. She doesn't want others to know or she hates the fact that she feels that way about you. Ignore her whether she gives you the stink eye or not and see what happens.
She's toxic. Just leave her alone and not speak to her friend group much. You have better things to do with your life as I had to learn with other people. They are immature and will just make you miserable.
