Of course anyone that's fit is seen as more attractive it seems to be running in everyone's minds, (or so I think )since everywhere you go media encourages such thing. No where have I seen obese\overweight people or ladies modeling for victoria secret.lol. My point is yes, more likely guys prefer a girl who looks after herself and who is healthy.
I workout quite a bit as well so for me it's a plus if a girl likes to exercise. Some guys get frustrated if they feel a girl is too invested in her looks so I can see how it might turn some guys off but you can't please everyone. If you like to keep fit then that's what you should do.
Someone staying fit and exercising often is one of my biggest attractions in a girl. Whether they are in really great shape, or just trying to improve whatever shape they're in, it is really cool to see someone who is ambitious and proactive about their health.

If you were out like a few times a week that's cool. I don't find it more attractive though, but that's probably because I'm a fatass who doesn't exercise. If a girl exercises like crazy that would turn me off. I'd prefer she just not give a sh*t to be honest.
yea as long as the are not obessive about it. Iv known a few girls like that. Would only drink water and watched what they ate too much. Like as in wouldn't have a tic tac because it counts as candy.
I personally like athletic girls so I'm gonna say yes I like girls who are in shape.
