I messed up with my ex girlfriend. I’ve tried to reach out but no response. I know she’s still around. But she acts as if I don’t exist. Like I never happened. Does this mean it’s over with? It’s been a reasonable amount of time.

It may have been a reasonable amount of time to you, but she could still be extremely upset or angry, and need more time to think things over. Plus, maybe she doesn't want to talk with you anymore.
