Are East Asian men considered unattractive in pretty much all countries outside of East Asia?

Personally, I would say yes East Asian men are undesired in pretty much every non-east Asian countries including USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, Middle East, South Asia, etc. I’ve been to Porto Portugal few years ago and it was one of the worst countries when it comes to anti-asian racism. I know from personal experience that Portuguese are extremely racist against Asian people. Aside from Australia, I haven't experienced more blatant racism from any other country except Portugal just walking around as a tourist. The racism and hostility I experienced in Porto Portugal was before the coronavirus pandemic. It is probably 100X worse now due to coronavirus pandemic. Although a few people did offer to help when they saw me fumbling with maps, i got a very unfriendly vibe from the place. i got into porto portugal around midnight and walked by three groups of people who started giving me a stink eye as i walked by. i am assuming that they were hating on me because of my race. one group of dudes was in a car, and i was wondering if they were going to try to mug me, as they looked unfriendly, but they left me alone. they just stared at me in a hostile manner as i walked by. i also did some clubbing and no girls seemed interested in me despite the fact that I am reasonably good looking guy. some of the portuguese girls seemed to be giving me malicious looks, like, "what the fuck are you doing in my country, chinaman?"And I am not even Chinese. I am Southeast Asian dude from Thailand.

i did see a few Asians in porto portugal.

0 Asian guy/ white girl couples.

the only girl who might have been interested in me was an Angolan girl living in Portugal. she was friendly in helping me find my way. she lives in porto.
