So on my piriod I tend to ware those always adult diapers because one I bleed a lot 2 I'm tired of running all my blood because a pad shifted or my tampon leaked or better yet when it stains your pants. not because I like them I actually wish they weren't so thick but my mom is giving me shit about it and talking to me like it's a complete disgrace to the family. is it really that weird?

That sounds weird and uncomfortable to me but that just me cause I also have a extremely heavy flow. It's annoying as hell.

I use a super tampon and a long pad for extra protection. If your comfortable and don't see a issue with it than go with what works for you. I feel you on the heavy flow.

I have tried that but for some reason the super tampons make my hips cramp a lot and the pads always shift at my job

See a doctor concerning the flow just to be sure you're alright, heavy flows need to be discussed with a doctor, certain heavy flows such as what yours sounds. It is out of the norm, but, if i had a daughter who preferred those, id just respect it, id just think well its what she is comfortable with... its what works for her... maybe its a cost issue for her? if she is buying? other than that she shouldn't have an issue with it.
