All people want to do is talk shit to me so why should I continue?

All they do is shit talk to me. And all I want to do is not contribute anything or help anyone. But I’m getting bored of playing this game. Is time to go yet? I just live life to pursue hedonism and pleasure. I’ve done everything I wanted to do in life. But I just want to see if there’s a reason I should consider staying a little longer. If not then please let me leave.

That’s your problem right there. Everything you’re doing is for your own selfish needs. The good feelings that are not difficult to achieve.


I’ll admit, those feelings are good, but they are short-lived and you have to continue that behavior repeatedly to keep feeling that way. In that world, you are surely going to meet tougher people and many will talk shit because everyone is in it for themselves.
What about the good feelings that take a while to achieve, but will make you feel great all day in the long run? Anyone can do Hedonism. All you have to do is show up.
You’ve only achieved the easy happiness in life that never goes anywhere. Look where you are now.
First thing to do before anything else: Eat well and start working out. Go to your doctor. Test all your levels. Adjust if needed with vitamins & minerals. Working out releases endorphins in your brain. It’s a different high and you will eventually have it all day long.
