Women may speak but men should not listen. They are not capable of surpassing the level of a spoiled child. And the rare few who can if they truly do, understand that if they speak up and fight for their influence they are speaking up for all the spoiled children and it ruins things for everyone. So yes. Especially the most intelligent and wise women should also not be listened to either.

I'd assign a middle rating of 5 to women in general, noting that, once I get to know them, the rating can go up or down from there.
