Why is my married coworker jealous when I talk to other women? I’ve noticed this for a while now but recently it’s got worse. When I talk to other women she always staring from afar but if she’s close she always intervenes.

I was sitting with her during lunch and as soon another co worker came along and started speaking to me, her face just dropped as if she was angry and annoyed.

Why is she doing this to me?

She's doing it because she likes you. Plain and simple. Who knows what’s going on in her marriage. Regardless, women are still human and can start to have feelings for someone other than their SO.
