What reasons would older women ages 20-40s bully a guy?

Such as say offensive slurs, laugh as you walk by especially when in a group of 2 or more. And more, I’m this guy who always gets insulted and made fun of by women I don't know why. The guys at work I told this to say that’s weird and that they have never been treated poorly by women
