My friend is projecting her negative body image issues onto me and it’s starting to get me down. What should I do?

So over the last six months I’ve decided to work on myself and my health and I go to a gym quite often and eat well. Since I’ve gone I’ve lost a couple stone and I’m in a healthy BMI and generally feeling great. The only problem is when I meet up with my friend at the gym she makes comments that I should be dissatisfied with my body image. So she is always putting herself down and calling herself fat when we go to the gym together. Most times I have to reassure her that she isn’t fat, but she keeps making negative comments about her body. It was fine initially until she started dragging me into it as well. Now she’s started to bring me down with her. The other day she told me that she goes for a specific massage where they get rid of your fat and cellulite and she said to me “you should go to the same massage it’s really good” which made me feel like she was implying I have cellulite which is starting to make me feel negative about my own body.

Thing is, I’m a healthy weight, I’ve always been told I’ve got a slim athletic figure and I’ve mostly been happy with my body. But since I’ve started going with my friend to the gym I’ve started to feel like I’m fat and have cellulite

How can I not let her drag me down with her?
