She cried at the end of our date from strong emotions?

Been seeing this girl for a short while and today she gazed into my eyes and started crying before we said goodbye for the night.

I pulled her in for a hug and made sure she was okay but she just apologised and said her emotions are too strong but that she's extremely happy to be with me.

She also basically admitted to being head over heels for me but too shy to say it directly. She's also way too shy to kiss, she gets extremely sensitive if I even touch her face, we had the moment but she got nervous at the last moment.

Which I respected and instead we had a big hug and I kissed her head and her hand.

We've made plenty of sexual and flirtatious quips between each other but not gone anywhere like that yet physically.
She told me she'll say yes to anything I want before we met today but also got too nervois for any escalation there.

Makes me wonder if she wants to but just gets too nervous. I'm fine to be patient, I just want to know what she's thinking.

She’s fully risked and exposed herself. Lead physically with a gentle assurance. It sounds like it will be a while at kissing. When, you can walk down the street, through the market, downtown etc and stop-kiss then you’re good. From here to kissing in public freely probably starts with hand holding in public and IN FRONT OF FRIENDS

You two are on the right path. Keep being kind to her and patient. She will lose that shyness and being nervous in your presence but that takes a bit of time.
