I think it’s poor taste. I’m not going to look at a photo like this and be like - ohhh she’s wifey material. It’s hard to find girls with class these days.
You don’t see guys do it anywhere near as much as girls. Why?

It's easy attention. Some flamboyant males love attention, but most dudes find undue attention a bit creepy or just retarded. Personally, I think it's weird. I got buff after being a fluffy boy and used my pics... but then I got hounded by fags and weirdo chicks to do online sexy time with them. About women in particular... I do feel like they desire constant validation a bit more than most males. I think it has to do with the difference in how they usually get raised. Exceptions to that rule exist from both the male and female sides but the exceptions don't make that rule up. The exceptions on the female side know how to self-validate and don't need constant hounding of horny people barking up their tree to feel acceptable in this world.

On top of that, it's easier for women. A dude has to earn his mirror pic loved attention. He has to hit that gym and really work to achieve that shit. A woman is born with it all she has to do is not get fat or fucked up from drugs. Needless to say it's the easiest to come by form of attention for most women... until a certain age hits them and that's called "the wall." I won't talk about "the wall" here, but that fucks up women that spent all their earlier years deriving attention just from their looks alone.
