Girls, Why is a girl acting interested in me given she has a boyfriend?

I'm confused, she keeps engaging in conversation with me. Acting overly happy to see me given I don't know her very well at all. She just mentioned a boyfriend in conversation when we were discussing what our plans were this weekend. She has been complimenting me, asking me questions, saying she is glad I added her on facebook etc. When she started talking to me I felt an instant connection where it felt like we already knew each other. Now we have conversations that keep going and it feels good. She is chatty etc. What on earth I'd going on? This isn't the usual coffee shop and customer relationship. She isn't like that with any other customer it seems to just be me.

We like having other guys to talk to when we have a boyfriend, but not sexual or romantic.

But she seems to get overly happy to see me. I'm just a customer who buys coffee. I'm just suspicious as to why is she like this with me

Plus I'm feeling a sense of closeness here. Like I can feel this happy vibe when we talk together. Something is just telling me there is more to this than her just being friendly. Like other coffee shop ladies there aren't chatting and starting conversation with me when they see me. What is making me special towards her?

But she is being overly nice. Like this is too nice towards a customer. Why ask questions like where I live, waving and smiling towards me when she didn't know me from a bar of soap. Why accept my Facebook friend request and say she was glad I added her

Like I can tell the difference between a coffee shop lady just been nice vs one who is engaging with me and acting over excited to see me and talking to me like she knows me already. This definitely feels different
