Anyways discussing this in detail, it's become really common now for average or below women to be seen dating or wanting to date really good looking guys or just have unrealistic standards when it comes to dating. Like many women who I've asked have all told me that he needs to be 6ft tall, needs to make six figures a month, has to have a big house, a nice car and a killer body and looks that will make every girl do a 180 whenever he passes, and when asked what will you give in return, almost all of them say "he's getting me. What else would he need?"

Now I don't know if this is said as a joke or what, but it comes off as extremely selfish and narcissistic behavior. You want XYZ qualities in your man, but you don't wanna go the extra mile and make yourself look presentable for the guy or fix your nasty attitude? And no, I don't mean just looks either, if you catch my drift. Now, I don't mean to piss off anyone with this, like, everyone's allowed to date whoever they want, but I think it's only fair if you're willing to put in the extra work as well. If you want your man to be ripped and toned, the least you could do is get a gym membership and start getting into shape as well. Or if you want a really wealthy man, get yourself a job too so that you both know the value of money and you don't go around blowing his wallet over trivial bs things and maybe even end up sharing your expenses.

Trust me, we guys may not say much because let's face it, the dating pool for us is extremely low anyways in today's day and age. But it's these little things and gestures which will really make us like you back and not make us regret our decisions in choosing you. If you want your partner to be a Chris Hemsworth or a Dylan O'Brien, regardless of how you might actually look irl, if you maintain and put effort into yourself that's literally ALL that matters.

Kind of, but women in general can often be delusional, extremely picky, and entitled. Hypergamy is bullsh*t like that and men often have no standards for themselves, which is how Simp Culture became a thing, to begin with.

There's no such woman in existence that some desperate men out there won't be with; some men even chase after fake women; the ones who are so "Stunning and Brave" because they cut their dick and balls off. And I'm not just talking about looks either; Johnny Depp married Amber Heard despite her clearly being insane. Men get screwed in divorce court everyday. So it goes far beyond men just chasing women for their looks. Men choose awful women, every single day. Women at least only choose the Chads.

So while it is somewhat delusional for even female 1s and 2s to expect to get men who are 9s and 10s, feminism, Simp Culture, OnlyFans, Body Positivity, Fat Acceptance, and social media, have inflated these women's egos enough to where they have become just as entitled as a female 9 or 10.

It's not a gender problem. Even the ugliest one of us wouldn't pass the chance of dating the hottest. Evolution has screwed us up all into thinking we want good looking partners for good looking off springs. We often forget that evolutionary studies are mostly based on animals, they're in capable of higher levels of mental capacity and would even sleep with their siblings for breeding reasons.

There have been average (and even below average looking) girls I tried to give a chance in the past. I thought there was something intriguing about their personality. Insanely they acted bitchy thinking they could “test” me. Instead they just made the decision easy to walk away.

I think anyone who expects the world on a silver platter without lifting a finger of their own just has a bad attitude - whether they fit into your personal view of above/below average physical appearance or not. Having an inflated ego isn't restricted to appearance, or gender for that matter.

But then I also think most people find the concept of being desired and "wooed" appealing. Why should a girl (or guy) not want to feel special just because they don't fit the typical standard of acceptable beauty? And why should someone get away with a entitled attitude towards potential partners just because they DO fit that standard? There's more to it than looks. Below average is relative. We all have different preferences. I would not want to date a girl with a lot of makeup and designer clothes (even if they were knockoffs). I prefer the "girl next door look" for dates. Blouse and skirt or slacks are fine for me. All were attractive to me or I wouldn't have dated them. Slender, average or athletic build is good. There is a high probability they will be chased no matter what. The question is, are they being chased by the person they want to be chased by? And is "chase" even the right word here? What's the saying, give someone an inch and they will take a mile? Drop a hint to the guy that you like him and he will chase you to the end of the earth if he likes you...
