What is going on here?

I have/had a woman that I talked to continuously for the past 2 1/2 years. I offered numerous times to take her out to a movie, the mall, dinner, concerts, etc- but she always had something going on. She ghosted me a total of 19 weeks for numerous reasons, but I always took her back with open arms because I love her. She either unfriended or blocked me on stuff cause needed space at times. I can respect her wishes, but do I keep giving a chance or quit? She called the 2 of us boyfriend and girlfriend, but is afraid to be in person. This is after numerous catastrophic events in each of our lives that we helped each other through.
