Why do women respond more to jerks?

Used to be quote on quote the good guy but always got stood up / left for somebody who dosent care. Started being the a hole not responding to text saying they are replaceable etc and my phone is blowing up now. So my question is why?

Because most "goodguys" act like doormats and yes men what u describe as a jerk tends to be guys that have a level of social skill that keep her intrested and later on start acting like dicks
