This girl always acts different around me - usually goofy, touchy, playful, around me she:
- Constantly rambles like she can barely get a coherent sentence together, often while staring at the floor
- One time I was behind her, she looks back, forward, then about 2 seconds later looks back again, other times, if I'm nearby, as she's walking in a different direction, looks over her shoulder at me
- If I'm nearby, sometimes she'll seem like she's immersed in her phone, but stop near me in random spots, like the middle of a hallway, sometimes for 15-30 seconds, staring at her phone.
- Another time, walks by me, I wasn't looking at her, she stops, puts her hand out for a high-five & waits for me to give her one; other times she'll ignore me to the point I think she hates me, like she'll talk to me, then jump to talk to someone else (guy or girl) who shows up like she's trying to avoid me, even though she started taking to me.
I asked her what I do what makes her nervous, she said it's "probably miscommunication" or she just has bad anxiety, which I've often noticed is true in stressful situations, but with people she often warms up, but seems indefinitely nervous around me no matter what I do.
I can't figure this out, any advice helps.
