Why is she still orbiting me on social media?

A coworker and an unrequited love, but she knew I really love her, even she knew that I want her to be my wife, we were really close, I really took a good care of her. And one day I criticized her behavior, we argued, and she won't forgive me, guess I've bruised her ego, and long story short, in the end she said I deserved someone better, I kept apologizing but she Ignored me. I felt being dumped and it was so hurt, she broke all of my expectations, so I cut contact, walked away, and tried to move on.

I tried to disappear from her life, I didn't beg or plead but I can't unfollow or block her social media. I don't want people in the office talking about me negatively behind my back. So I went no contact and keep working on myself more, and it's been more than 2 months, but why she still keeping tabs on me? She keeps watching all of my stories and keeps liking all of my posts, even my business acc posts, I don't know if I should be happy or sad whenever her name appeared on my posts. Should I just ignore it and keep moving on?

Sounds like she feels a little silly for how she reacted and she wants you to come to the table as opposed to her coming to the table.
That's both childish and ego driven. I don't know how old she is, but judging by your age, probably early to mid 20's?
In any case I believe you will be a great man one day, however at present you need to be patient in order to develop into your final form as a man. It's just a matter of time young brother, these things cannot be rushed. Currently you're just too young to manage this type of mindset in a woman effectively. I say this with love. Move on and find someone with a healthy amount of humility, it is better for your heart in the long run.
Chalk this up to one of those great life lessons that are bitter sweet.

Thanks for the answer! She is 26, and yeah I feel that she is a little bit unstable. I've been rejected and accepted so many times, guess she wasn't ready for a new relationship, she can't let her ex go and I think she keeps me as her plan B. It's so painful for me, I should've just moved on, focused on myself more and forget her.
