Hi! So, I really don't know if my crush likes me back. I've been thinking of leaving here alone, so, that's why I'm here asking you this:
She's a co-worker of mine. We met a little over 2 months ago and since I got the job I noticed her eyes were always on me.
She is ALWAYS staring at me. When I walk by her, when we're outside the office, at the cafeteria, ANYWHERE! she's just looking for me, and if I happen to walk in her direction, she turns away, giving me her back. She thinks I don't notice but even other people have noticed her doing it EVERYDAY.
We've gone to grab our lunch together a few times, go for drinks and even take a picture together for the company. I saw her jumping and smiling with her friends after I asked her to take the picture with me. Some coworkers have told me that, she has gone a couple of times to my place looking for me minutes before I arrive.
We went on a date a week ago and it was great. Her friends told me that she was happy about it. But I called her "sweetie" and she immediately told me to not call her that and it felt weird. We had a plan to go grab coffee on Friday and she said that, maybe some other time. Since that, I haven't talked to her.
Everytime we get closer or our relationship moves forward, she closes up. I take one step forward, but 20 back. When I go to her she starts to fidget a lot, grab her hair and shake A LOT.
So, a friend of hers, who happens to be the girlfriend of a friend of mine in the office, said to him that she was complaining about me, that I'm "pushy". It hurt me a lot. If I don't go to her place and give her a kiss on the cheek, she complains. If I talk to her and make plans with her, because I did it. So, I'm really confused. Does she like me or not?
I really, really like her and would like to make her my girlfriend. We have a lot in common but, she's really shy and I honestly DO NOT know what to do. I'm thinking of giving her some space and see what happens. What can or should I do? Thanks for reading.
