How to deal with someone mentally unstable?

This isn't a troll post. I'm being 100% serious. This girl in my life was happy go lucky and never rude towards me. Suddenly she's fully narcissistic. She tells me Bill Gates is asking her to rob banks and he's writing thank you in neon lights on the windows of the restaurants she eats at. Also that she feels spirits in her room.

Clearly some form of psychosis. She tells me she is happy as she has ever been. However, she has been depressed for months and left her job. I woke up this morning and she blocked me on Telegram but not on Whatsapp. How should I proceed? Leave her alone?
