What does it mean when someone says that a girl is complicated and she doesn’t know what she really wants in terms of dating?

It could really mean that she she doesn’t know what she wants. But most of the time if its in the scenario where you confess to a girl and she gives you one of the famous lines. “ I don’t think im ready for a relationship.”(I don't want a relationship with you.) “I don’t know what I want right now.”(Im not interested in you but I don't want to hurt you feelings.) Which brings me to a question that I ask the women. Why do you come up with excuses when you’re not interested in a guy, instead of saying outright i’m not interested? That hurts a lot less.

If a girl does not know what she wants it might be because of trauma, being naive, or having borrowed social values and not natural and organic ones.

Just what it says. I mean literally. Probably not the best girl to pick to go out with unless you really like her.

It means she deosnt want you. Women let men down in ways that are ambiguous in an effort to spare your feelings, or avoid confrontation. Plus, you don't want a woman that is on the fence about what she wants.
