Online has changed things. I think the number of the top 20% of men get 85% of the women has changed to the top 5%. That means most of the women out there are getting ran through by the same guys. I'm married for over a decade now, so not my problem. But imagine being one of those guys where basically 85% of all women you come into contact with just try to lock you down with sex. I am from India and Indian women are like this too... They only hide it better and act innocent. Even though India has less number of women, they still have more partners than men... so it's a women's thing not only subjected to western once.
There really aren't that many, in fact I'm willing to bet most don't know what a poly relationship is. I live in the West and I've literally never heard it spoken of outside of the internet.
