I have crush on my 18y old coworker?

I have a crush on my 18y coworker but I don’t know if she likes me back. I’m 22 and 5’4, she’s 18 and 4’11-5’1. I work at a bar as a part time job. The whole reason I met her was because I had to do community service and my buddy’s mom works at a non profit so I decided to do my time there. That’s when I met her. She looked very cute but I could never really strike a conversation with her at first because she’s kind of a quiet girl (she doesn’t really talk to other people as well). I finished my community service and decided to get a job their to get to spend more time with her. I work with her 2 days out of the week. Some days she’ll give me a cute smile and start talking to me while other days she won’t. Like last week we talked quite a bit but this week she hardly talked to me. Tho I do remember last week when her dad was up there a regular asked me if I was “chasing her” and when I said no (because if he spilt the beans that I liked her and she didn’t like me back that would be awkward). Apart of me wonder if she asked him to ask me because she secretly liked me back and that’s why she isn’t talking to me this week, but most of me hardly believes it. I won’t lie I feel like she may not like me because of my height. I don’t know if it’s my insecurity because a lot of girls I see on social media say they only want men 6ft above. Also There was this other time where she said her dad (who is 5’5-5’6) was the “smallest weakest man”. I don’t really know what else I can add but if someone could maybe give me advice on what to do or should I just get over her.

Yeah but if she says no wouldn’t it be kinda awkward. I mean we do work together. Is there any way I could find out she likes me back before asking her?
