I was one before when it came to a guy I liked but was too afraid to say something. I acted uninterested and did everything I could to get him to talk and that even means to trigger him just so he can talk to me in person. I was very sick for that and I regret it. I've learned from it. I also wasn't into him at first. But because of everything that happened things didn't go as plan for both of us. Just a huge miscommunication and he has every right to walk away from me because I wasn't interested at first. I get it. I'm a brat. But he would of loved me😉 o well

I struggle with the same thing and my therapist called me out on what she noticed. She noticed I feel more delusional when I'm filled with anger and anxiety. When I'm happy youd never know what I struggled with.
