When you cry, does it seemingly “come from nowhere” or do I have issues?

Sometimes I’ll cry and I don’t even know why really, because the thought process, situation or whatever “trigger” isn’t always a “normal” thing to cry about.
There are also times where my brain shuts off my emotions in a sense, because there are times when I don’t really show much emotion or even really feel any.

When you cry, does it seemingly “come from nowhere” or do I have issues?
