If men think makeup is deceiving, why hasn’t it been banned?

Not just makeup, but anything that women use that men consider as deceiving. Why don’t we ban those products and shut down those companies who make those products?

I don't know any guys who would be up for banning makeup. As long as makeup is done well, and not caked on a quarter-inch-thick then I think most guys are fine with it. The deceiving part, I guess, comes from how well some women seem to be able to use makeup to their advantage. So, it can be a bit odd to see a girl look completely different without makeup. But it's not "deceiving" in a way that the guy feels wronged or tricked or anything. It's more like "damn, you really did alter your natural appearance with that makeup more than I would have thought."

But, guys aren't anti-makeup (although generally, they'd prefer less makeup over more makeup). Nobody wants it banned. Guys are fine generally with women wearing makeup. Just don't overdo it, and you're good! 🙂

Make up is a choice to wear or not. That's why its not banned.

The real reason its deceiving, its those who use a paint booth to put on or a putty knife. Then they leave more on blouses or pillowcases than they leave on face.

Suttle make-up is just better.
